Lyn has 20 years experience working within the areas of Human Resources and Personnel. Her experience is from a wide generalist background with specific expertise in linking personnel best practice with legislative requirements. A main focus has been to establish a training and development slant on all aspects of people management, from HR administrators to Senior Management. LYNC HR is a business set around a qualitative working relationship with our clients. Our approach is to address organisations specific needs, providing a bespoke employment and personnel system, offered with training and continuous advice. LYNC HR does not forget the ‘human aspect of human resource’.

She has been an HR Director and has worked for leading names such as ARAMARK Ltd, Asda Stores, Marriott Hotels and Hilton Hotels. Sue has an Honours Degree in Hotel and Catering Administration, has the Personnel Management qualification with the CIPD, is a qualified assessor of NVQ’s and is a licensee for Thomas International personality profiles and aptitude and attitude tests. Sue is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, the Federation of Small Businesses and the British Norwegian Chamber of Commerce.

JENNIFER JACKSON - Secretarial

EXPERIENCE:
With over 15 years’ experience working as PA at senior board level Jennifer has worked in the newspaper and airline industries as well as in the manufacturing sector – all roles with a strong customer service focus – and has lived and worked in London, Germany and the Middle East. Now providing the very highest standard of business support Jennifer is a facilitator looking after all things admin, including the taking and transcription of accurate minutes at Disciplinary and Grievance hearings, investigative meetings and Occupational Health case conferences.
